Laser
Thanks to cutting-edge machines, we are able to cut and etch any kind of fabric with our own designs, or with the customer’s ideas, developed in-house by our graphic designers.
This technology uses a concentrated laser beam to cut, etch and mark materials with great precision, providing a clean and detailed result.
With three state-of-the-art laser machines we are able to handle large productions at the same time, while guaranteeing high production capacity. The maximum workable size is 160 x 3200.
Cutting
A wide range of natural and synthetic fabrics can be cut using laser technology. For synthetic fabrics, the laser simultaneously cuts and seals the edges, preventing fraying or unravelling. It is possible to create details and cutouts which can be combined with other fabrics to achieve geometric and three-dimensional effects.
Etching
This technique offers endless design possibilities, as it can be used with all types of images and patterns. By removing colour from the fabric, the laser creates striking depth effects. Additionally, laser etching can be used to create controlled distressing effects, such as tears and fraying.
